• Purchase Contract (preferably executed)
• Last 2 years W-2 Statements for all employers
• Two most recent pay stubs reflecting 30 day period
• 2 months bank statements (all pages) for all accounts (internet statements cannot be used)
• Most recent statements for all assets (401K, IRA, investment accounts) all pages
• Contact information for homeowners insurance provider (if you have one)
• Two most recent years federal tax returns (if self employed or commission income)
• Complete copy of bankruptcy papers including discharge (if applicable)
• Divorce Decree or Separation Agreement (if applicable)
• Lease agreements on all rental properties (if applicable)
